There is the main villa with 2 bedrooms and the option of an  an 1 bedroom annex sleeping 6 guests in total. This villa in Tenerife has been furnished to a high standard throughout and has stunning views of the sea from the lounge/diner, kitchen and front terrace. The villa is regulary maintained throughout and is kept to a high standard.

The main villa is situated on one level. To enter this level is a series of about 6 steps from the street Level. The fabulous modern independant marble top kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, integrated coffee machine, toaster, sandwich maker, iron with board and table and chairs for 4 people..

The huge comfortable lounge has 2 x 3 seater comfortable cream leather sofas and chair, 40 inch widescreen TV with UK, German and Spanish channels. There is also a DVD player. From one side of the lounge are doors leading to the front sun terrace which offers views over the ocean, from other side are doors that lead to the pool terrace. 

The Dining area consists of table and chairs for 6 people, plus doors leading the the BBQ terrace.  The large double bedroom has a king size bed, large fitted wardrobes and doors leading to the pool terrace. The large fully tiled shower room consists of walk in shower, wc, and sink. Bedroom 2 is large in size and has fitted wardrobes and twin beds, plus a door leading to the pool terrace. There is also a  cloakroom with WC.

The annex is on the lower level at street level. The annex has a huge room with double bed, fitted wardrobes, fridge, and other furniture. There is also a fully tilked shower room.

There is also a safe fitted in the villa.

The 6 x 3 metre private heated pool is surrounded by its beautiful terrace with quality patio furniture for 6 guests, sun loungers, outside shower. There is also a utility area with washing machine and other laundry facilities. There is another beautiful BBQ terrace with seating for 4 guests. The outside is totally private and not overlooked. This unique villa sleeps up to 9 people.
 
The manager of this property lives nearby and is on hand at all times in case of any unforeseen matters. The manager also maintains the property on a regular basis in order to keep the villa to a high standard throughout.  You will be greeted on arrival to be shown around the villa and to give general advice regarding the local area. The heated pool has been constructed to the highest level by a local established company. Its main features are the roman styled steps that lead into the pool . The pool is at a constant level of 1.2 metres deep. It has been fully tiled to a high standard. The pool also boasts underwater lighting that compliments the exterior lighting of the property. The pool lighting and filtration system all works on a timer therefore there is no maintenance required.
