Date of stay: June 2024 This is our 4th visit to this villa. We love the location and the villa is stunning, it's very peaceful and quiet as it's a residential area. Every time we go they have done updates to the property a sauna has been put into the property at a very reasonable fee not that we used it but it's there if you wanted to. Look forward to next year's visit it's a winner in my book.

Date of stay: March 2024 We stayed at Villa Avalon for two weeks at the end of March 2024. It was easy to locate the Villa from the directions provided and we were met by the local agent Suzie who showed us around the villa and left leaving us her contact details. Straight off, we were impressed with the size of the Villa and its location on the hill overlooking PUERTO de SANTIAGO. The views over the rooftops to the sea and La Gomera are stunning and made each evening watching the sunset a pleasure to enjoy. We were impressed with the kitchen and dining facilities with every conceivable need catered for. From dishwasher to juice squeezer, this has been the most well equipped kitchen we’ve ever experienced in a rental. Although the bedrooms are situated downstairs with en suite and main bathroom, there is a bathroom on the main floor for use whilst in the main area. The lounge had ample seating and overlooks the view to the sea. TV was available and we picked up main UK stations as well as app stations. We spent most of our time outside in the pool area. The pool was warm and had 6 sturdy sun beds which were clean and comfortable. There is covered comfortable seating and a dining table which we used most lunchtimes and evenings. With an outdoor shower for the pool and plenty of towels provided and cold beers in the huge fridge, there was no better spot to unwind and relax. There is ample seating all round the villa with a secluded little patio which is shaded so two couples can have some private time. The gardens are extremely well maintained and we were present when the gardener attended twice during our stay. The bedrooms are very comfortable with air con and each bed has a tempur style mattress. There is ample of storage space and plenty of hangars. Overall the property is clean, well decorated and well maintained. A short walk down the hill there is a supermarket and tapa bar above it. That bar is well worth a visit and the food is excellent. It may not look much from the front but in the late afternoon it transforms with views over the sea that are stunning whilst eating traditionally prepared food. The property is set on a hill and the walk down to La Arena, Puerto de Santiago and Los Gigantes is not for the faint hearted especially if you plan to return the same way on foot. That said, each of those beach areas is a short taxi ride and buses do run regularly. The taxi fare for four was €4.50 each way so if you’re out for the evening it’s only a small additional cost. It’s well worth paying that because the villa is situated in a quiet and respectful area, away from all the hustle and bustle of holiday life. It’s truly a place that you can unwind in and relax. With a big Mercadona supermarket nearby it’s ideally placed for people needing a long, quiet sunny break. We will definitely be back, and would have booked immediately had the dates been available. I’d advise, if it’s free when you want to use it, book it, you won’t be disappointed.

Date of stay: February 2024 Spent one week in one of Tenerife Villas properties Beautiful and fully equippped house Kudos to the whole TVs staff. Booking, check-in, maintenance and check-out were all perfect and smooth. Thank to you all guys, can only recommend TVs. I can’t wait to be back Piero

Date of stay: December 2023 We loved our time in this beautiful village. Stunning views and sunsets. Comfortable beds and very clean bathrooms and kitchen. Pool was clean and at a perfect temperature. Would definitely stay here again.

Date of stay: October 2023 Great location above Puerto Santiago with great views of La Gomera, also the sunset was spectacular from the private terrace. A supermarket and 2 good restaurants are close by. The pool is pleasantly tempered, it was always a treat. The housekeeping responded very fast to requests or inquiries, we gave the house 6 champagne and 6 gintonic glasses, otherwise it was well stocked. A great electric juicer did it to the children, so we had freshly squeezed orange juice every morning. The wifi was great, everyone had plenty of fast connections!

Date of stay: August 2023 The house is as described with a very nice view and satisfactory equipment. The concierge, Andy, was very responsive and responded quickly to our requests. The villa is located in a residential area.

Date of stay: July 2023 We had a lovely holiday here, the villa was spacious and comfortable. We loved the pool and the outside area which had plenty of loungers and shaded areas. The view from the terrace was wonderful to watch the sunsets. We would definitely recommend staying here for a relaxing family holiday!

Date of stay: May 2023 Villa Avalon is an absolute delight, the views are to die for. It's superbly decorated and has every amenity you could need. There are 2 supermarkets within walking distance, one has a tapas restaurant above it. Dont be put off, if you didnt drive past them, you wouldn't know they were there, the area is so peaceful and quiet. We will be returning next year.
