The owners offer their tranquil 1 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of this favoured complex of Laguna Park 1. Recommended for those seeking a central location with everything on your doorstep. This apartment has been refurbished throughout and upgraded from the standard apartments on the complex, with a modern touch consisting of a desirable decor. The lounge/diner has patio doors leading to the balcony which provides stunning views of the sea and particularly of an evening when the sun starts to go down behind the island of La Gomera. The balcony also overlooks the pool terrace. All rooms are bright, roomy and fully equipped throughout.
Wifi is available in the lobby at reception (not in the apartment).
You have full access to all the facilities including communal pool, children pool, plenty of free sun loungers/parasols, pool bar, games area, children playground, restaurant and a stage which hosts number of activities/entertainment/cabaret. The manager of this property is on hand in case of any unforeseen matters. The owner maintains the property on a regular basis in order to keep the villa to a good standard throughout.
This 1 bedroom apartment is situated on complex Laguna Park in San Eugenio (Costa Adeje). The sandy beach and Marina of Puerto Colon are just 600 meters away from the complex and offers a large selection of excursions and water sports. Immediately outside the complex is the large number of supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, banks, and amusements arcades and lively entertainment if required. Everything that you need in this busy area is on your doorstep. During the night the many bars, restaurants and nightlife comes alive with everything the area has to offer. Although the complex is in a busy area, it is remarkably quiet. Also there is a number of sun lounger’s, outside showers and other amenities for your enjoyment.

Date of stay: November 2024 We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect: close to restaurants, shops and the beach. The Apartament is quiet and it was clean on our arrival. The Apartament is well equipped, beds are comfortable and you get a beautiful view from the balcony. We stayed with a 3 year old and we didn't have any problem. We walked to the beach every day as our wee one preffered beach rather than swimming pool. It is a private room I holiay complex. You get to use restaurant if you want. We paid €20 for 3 of us and you eat all you want.

Date of stay: January 2024 Upon landing in Tenerife I contacted Catherine and met her outside Laguna Park 1 as per schedule. She was very welcoming and showed me around the apartment, everything was perfect and contact was easy, when out there I did enquire about other apartments for same time in 2025, she replied and gave contact details of which I will follow up.

Date of stay: March 2019 Enjoyed our stay in this comfortable apartment. The apartment is well situated to access all the amenities in and around the complex and a good starting point for those of us who like to walk to both ends of the island. The balcony is large (overlooking the pool) with a dining table and chairs seating four people comfortably. There are also two lovely sun loungers to soak up the rays. Would book again. We,ve never been disappointed with any rental from Tenerife Villas
Date of stay: March 2019 The accommodation is in excellent condition very well kept indeed! It was spotless when we arrived and overall it was wonderful, the balcony is large and gets sun during the day so we could sunbathe, has sea views and great views of the pool area, washing machine was handy, bed was comfortable and we slept well, the complex has lots of facilties including pool bar, central location you have everything you can think of nearby and only a 5 mins walk to the beach.
