This 2 bedroom 1st floor apartment is well equipped. The property is situated all on one level and has part sea views, its has been tastefully decorated with complimenting furnishings.
The lounge has a 2 and 3 seater sofa for seating 5 guests, it also has a flat screen TV with all British terrestrial channels, sky channels, movies, sports, catch up and much more The lounge offers ceiling fan and has doors leading to its own private sun terrace with 2 sunbeds and sun shade. There is a fold away table and 6chairs which can be used inside or outside. The small American style kitchen is at one end of the lounge and includes oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine plus the normal extras such as kettle, toaster, iron and board etc. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes plus patio doors leading to the sun terrace. This 2 bedroom apartment is situated on the very popular complex called Paraiso Royale, which is based in the central area of Las Americas and only 400 metres from the beach. Immediately outside the complex is the large number of supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, banks, and amusements arcades etc. Everything that you need in this busy area is on your doorstep. During the night the many bars, restaurants and nightlife comes alive with everything that Las Americas has to offer. Although the complex is in a busy area, it is remarkably quiet. The pool bar offers a large selection of drinks and snacks plus a pool table. Also there is a number of sun lounger’s for your enjoyment.
