This property is situated in the Tenerife hillside in a peaceful town called Valle San Lorenzo. It does have local amenities that are walking distance from the property only 500 meters away, including a supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants including a pizzeria. It is only a 10 minute drive to the coast and to the popular areas such as Los Cristianos and Playa De Las Americas. Positioned opposite the villa is a tennis club for those that enjoy a game of tennis, the area also boasts beautiful mountain side walks with many different picturesque paths to choose from.
