The San Eugenio shopping centre and strip is only a short walk away from the villa approx 500 meters. It is roughly 1 km to local beaches in Costa Adeje and Playa De Las Americas. The main Las Americas bus station is also only 1km away from the villa. This area is very popular due to being quite central.
