Bedroom 2 has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan. The fully tiled modern family shower room has a large shower cubicle. The  7 x 3 metre private shaped heated pool has depths of 1.00 to 1.60 metre and has stylish roman steps for easy access and is surrounded by a terrace with sunbeds  plus a large pergola for shade with quality table and chairs for 6. There is also another shaded snug area with sofa and chairs for your comfort. There is private parking inside the villa at the front entrance.

Location

Located in the popular resort of Callao Salvaje in the Costa Adeje area, on the south coast of Tenerife (only 25 km from Tenerife South airport). Callao Salvaje has everything to provide pleasure, relaxation and most importantly convenience with an excellent selection of amenities that is within walking distance. Also, not forgetting the reasonably priced accommodation and lots of sunshine which are more reasons tourists love Callao. 

This accommodation is 800 meters from the centre of the resort, where you will find many restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets and the beach. There are some admirable restaurants to suit all tastes, plus some late night bars with entertainment and a beautiful man made beach that was completed in 2012. The resort holds a taxi rank and good transport links to anywhere on the island via several bus stops with regular service. Therefore, car hire is not required.

Sports facilities are available in the area such as a public football pitch, child mini park and pay to use tennis courts. Callao Salvaje is a 10 minute drive or approx 20 euros in a taxi to the busier areas such as Los Cristianos and Las Americas. The wonderful golf courses in Costa Adeje and in the Abama are also nearby.
