Tenerife Villas Online presents a beautiful detached 4 bedroom quality villa with private heated pool, games room, stunning sea views, WIFI. This villa is newly built and completed in 2010. Villas Blancas have been furnished to a high standard throughout and has stunning views of the sea and mountains. The villas and its furnishings are in tip top condition. There are three Villa Blancas villas all next to each other and are all identical, you will be allocated one of these on arrival.
You enter the villa via a few steps to the first floor where you have a kitchen, lounge, dining area, bedroom 3, bathroom and staircase leading to the ground floor and upper level. Both Lounge and dining area have patio doors leading to 1st level that adjoins the pool terrace, this large space has stunning sea views and sets of quality patio furniture.
Up the stylish chrome/toughened glass staircase is the upper floor. The remaining 3 bedrooms all have en suite, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fans, private safes and doors that lead to upper level terrace. On the ground level is the huge games room with WC. The games room includes pool table, table tennis, board games and sofas with TV and DVDs, this is ideal for the children (and adults). Also on the ground level is the large utility area which includes washing machine and plenty of storage space.
The fabulous exterior includes private heated pool (heated between October and May) and is surrounded by a large beautiful terrace with a with quality patio furniture and sun loungers for 8 guests, large BBQ, outside shower. This villa is located in the very popular beautiful area of Costa Adeje. Within a 15 minute walk there is restaurant, a bar and a mini market. Only 2km from the villa is the huge Gran Sur shopping centre. The Gran Sur shopping centre (centro commercial) has many shops, a large supermarket, bars, restaurants, banks, cinema and plenty of other amenities. The nearest beaches are Playa Del Duque, Fanabe and Puerto Colon are all within 3 – 3.5 km of the property. Here you will find various activities available with numerous bars & restaurants, shops and arcades and plenty of other activities for you to explore. This is one of the most favoured destination for holiday makers in Tenerife. Siam Water Park is approx 3.5 km from the villa.
