Wifi in the apartment is available at an extra £20 per week, please arrange this with the person who meets and greets you at the property when you check in and pay the £20 fee to them in cash and they will give you the code (we do not organise this).

This villa which resembles a traditional townhouse is on 3 levels and has air conditioning in most rooms. 1st floor consists of 3 double bedrooms all with en suites. Bedroom 1 has a king size and single bed the en suite consists of a bath with shower attachment. Bedroom 2 has double bed with en suite walk in shower, bedroom 3 has double bed, balcony overlooking the terrace and en suite with walk in shower.

The ground floor has a large fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven/hob, fridge, microwave, table and chairs for 4, also on this level is bedroom 4 with king size bed, bathroom with attached shower, utility room with washing machine and plenty of storage. The large split level lounge/diner which consists of a table and chairs for 6, sofas and chairs seating 8/10 guests plus french doors leading to the private terrace, the TV offers UK channels including Sky movies, Sports, childrens TV, 6 live premiership football channels, over 2000 films, box sets and catch up and DVD. On the basement level, is bedroom 5 with two single beds (this bedroom is not fully private) and bedroom 6 with a double bed and a single bed. Also on this level is a shower wet room and games room with a pool table and dart board (games are free of charge).

The exterior of the property has a private gated heated pool and Jacuzzi for your use only. There is a table and chairs seating 8 guests plus a selection of sunbeds and recliners. The large BBQ is also included for your use. The large communal heated pool is there for your use. The pool bar offers a large selection of drinks and snacks. Also there is a number of sun lounger’s for your free use.

This villa is maintained on a regular basis and the property manager is very hands on if any problems arise.

Location

This villa is situated on a very popular complex in the central area of Las Americas and only 400 meters from the beach. Immediately outside the complex is the large number of supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, banks and amusements arcades etc. Everything that you need in this busy area is on your doorstep. During the night the many bars, restaurants and nightlife comes alive with everything that Las Americas has to offer. Although the complex is in a busy area, it is normally  remarkably quiet. Car hire is not required.
