The location is ideal and the villa really beautiful. The welcome of Manu and his wife is really exceptional: a lot of kindness and the service is perfect. The breakfasts on the terrace with the sea view are a real moment of greedy and visual pleasure. We will come back to see them!

Fantastic stay in a first-class property. The gym was the most popular room as well as the outdoor facility. Neighborhood is quiet and comfy with all needed and about 15-20 minutes walk to a big mall and a Mercadona supermarket. Shoutout to the meatstore in the mall! Fantastic stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. It is really well equipped with large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine etc and plenty of space – perfect for us as a family of 5. The location is great and it’s walking distance from some great choices of places to eat and drink – literally the only downside is that short but very steep hill! We did taxis a few times when we didn’t fancy the walk back up. The best thing about this apartment is the amazing private outside space which has modern, comfortable furniture. Would definitely recommend

Our stay in sunshine villa was fantastic and it had everything we needed for our family of 5. the villa was clean and i have no complaints at all with it being in a nice quiet area.We hope to book this same villa again next year. i would like to that Tenerife villas for helping us get this villa after booking.com let us down 2 weeks before our stay. Tenerife villas are a great company to use and will not hesitate to use them again!!

Villa Paz is situated in a very quiet area. Close to shops, bars and restaurants with a good choice of cuisine. The villa itself is nice with all what we needed it for. The pool area is lovely and the view amazing. The managers of the Villa were really helpful and sorted out an issue with the pool pumps air locked in a couple of hours. Loved our stay.

This apartment has everything you need for a self catering holiday…Lots of utensils to be able to cook whatever you want on the hob. A microwave is also there as well as a toaster ..Fully equipped bathroom & a large bedroom with ample space for all your things…Area is very clean, neat & tidy. It is also a family area so lots of peace & quiet in the evening..Sun on the balcony all day so enjoy the views.. TV has loads of both foreign & English speaking channels …wDisney Disney for the kids…

We stayed 1st week December 24 with our grandchildren age 9, 4 and 3. The Villa had everything a family needed. The Pool was amazing for the children. Steps into the pool were brilliant for little ones. Sunbeds and pool towels fantastic. We would highly recommend all local restaurants for evening meals. Definitely will be booking again.

We visit Callao every year and always use Tenerife villas on line. Villa Bonita has been the favourite one yet. Lovely villa, close to all amenities and we have already booked again. The booking process is easy, good communication and we always find what we want. We wouldn’t use anyone for Tenerife, our happy place.

Apartment 551 is a nice & clean apartment, good view from the balcony & bed is comfortable. Problem initially with WiFi, but soon sorted by Siobhan. New curtains are being fitted this week. We’ve booked again for next year.

As a family we have been to Costa Adeje for the last 3 years in November/December as the weather has been so good and always stayed in hotels but not anymore after finding Villa Victoria, As there was 8 of us this year we decided to look for villa and was lucky enough to find this gem, the pictures doesn’t do it justice its so much better, the space inside and out are amazing as was the views. Every detail for a great stay have been thought of, having children the pool table and table tennis table and also the amazing pool which was never empty. Thank you! Barbara who gave us lots of information and recomendations for restaurants and was always available throughout our stay cannot wait to go back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect: close to restaurants, shops and the beach. The Apartament is quiet and it was clean on our arrival. The Apartament is well equipped, beds are comfortable and you get a beautiful view from the balcony. We stayed with a 3 year old and we didn’t have any problem. We walked to the beach every day as our wee one preffered beach rather than swimming pool. It is a private room I holiay complex. You get to use restaurant if you want. We paid €20 for 3 of us and you eat all you want.

Amazing spacious apartment with comfy beds and everything you need. The communal pool was great and lots of sun loungers. The apartment is in a great location, we hired electric scooters but everything you need is in walking distance. Weather was hot… we will definitely book this apartment again!

Stayed in paraiso royal apartment for 8 nights. Excellent apartment and facilities. Beds very comfortable. Large living room with satellite/cable tv. Compact kitchen with all utensils. Large fridge freezer, which, if im honest , could do with an upgrade, but is more than adequate. Great bathroom with good powerful walk in shower. Nice complex with heated pool. Great relaxed atmosphere at complex making for a perfect chilled out break. Would highly recommend. Thank you

The house was amazing with a lot of space for all of us(we were 11) the outside space with pools was was the best part , was not very well equipped with toilet paper and kitchen furniture but the positioning of the house is a hand by god to avoid to take to many taxes to get the centre

We’ve just returned from a lovely stay in villa Estrella . From start to finish the time away was fantastic . The booking system and company are fantastic our villa host was brilliant everything we needed or enquired about was answered and dealt with so fast and efficiently. Stunning Villa in an excellent setting, with great views over Costa Adeje . The property has been maintained to a high standard and is spotless throughout. The pool and garden areas were very clean and tidy. The property was fully equipped with everything you would expect in a home setting. The owners agent, Miriam, was friendly, very helpful and quick to deal with all enquiries and solve any issues.

The villa was in a perfect location, so quiet and family friendly nothing like previous hotels we have stayed in that are so noisy at all times of the day. The villa was clean and fairly comfortable with everything you could need. The cot and high chair requested was ready on arrival. Fernando was the perfect host very kind and answered all my queries. Booking was easy and straight forward.

Lovely villa. Very clean and spacious, the kids (& adults) loved the pool. Garden had plenty of sun loungers and sitting areas. Could not find a fault with the villa at all. The area is nice, close to shops, bars and restaurants. Bus stop close by which we used a couple of times. Would highly recommend and would definitely return.

Stunning Villa really enjoyed our stay (6 adults 2 kids) Emma was great we had one problem with the boiler it was sorted in less than 24 hours – nothing anyone could have predicted just one of those things! Location was great it’s an up hill walk home but totally manageable. The apartment access isn’t through the Villa which was fine for us as we were 2 families. Felt really safe and secure throughout our stay. Would definitely revisit and definitely recommend. We also booked airport transfers with Tenerife Villas – great service no issues. The only slightly confusing thing at first was the name of the Villa it’s not Villa Princess on the address but no big deal Emma provided the address and also a taxi number so we could call for pick ups!
