Date of stay: November 2019 The location is very central, the villa is more or less 200 meters to the beach and all frontline amenities this is a very popular area in Tenerife with everything you could imagine on your doorstep. The marina is next to the beach with tons of activities/excursions. We all done a boat trip, went jet skiing and my brother and dad even done a sea fishing trip one day. Although the villa is central, it remained peaceful and quiet and no noise could be heard. The villa itself was up to our standards and everything went smoothly.

The host is also very friendly and helpful – and clearly takes good care of this lovely house. Will definitely be back.
Date of stay: December 2024 The house was really nice, was also more than what we were expecting to find. There are many spaces in the garden where you can relax and enjoy the time in the house. We loved the games area and the rooms were really nice, outside gardens were really big and well treated. A lot of things for cooking and relax outside.
Date of stay: May 2024 We had a great holiday here! Sylvia and Angel are very kind hosts, who made us feel very welcome. Upon arrival we received a very warm welcome, where they showed us around extensively and gave us every opportunity to ask questions. During our stay they regularly contacted us briefly to ask if we were enjoying ourselves. And upon departure they gave us plenty of time to check out. At the agreed time, they both came by to hear about our experiences and to receive the key. The house itself is absolutely fantastic. No expense has been spared to ensure guests have an excellent holiday. Everything is well arranged, the house, bedrooms with private bathrooms and the kitchen are very nice and clean and the swimming pools are a wonderful place to relax. From both terraces the view of the ocean is beautiful, a barbecue at sunset is extraordinary. The location is excellent, close to a bakery and a supermarket in Los Realejos. The highway is easily accessible, making it easy to explore the island. I can only say that this villa with these owners is an absolute must to discover Tenerife!

This is a superb property with a lovely pool and fantastic facilities. Neighbourhood was quiet and safe. Only a 5 minute walk to a good selection of bars and restaurants. Other resorts easily reachable by taxi. Would definitely recommend.

What can i say from the very start of our booking to the day we checked out was fantastic. The place its self was beautiful and fully equipped to satisfy 11 guest raging from 22 years to 68 years old. On arival Suzanne was great giving us a tour of the property and the pool area aswell as the 3 different entrance/exits. Midweek ask about late check-out and was sort within 24 hours. You will not be disappointed if you book here none of my group who were with me to celebrate my 50th birthday could believe how central we were. Pool and pool bar area fantastic tidy and good value food and drinks. We will be back for definite

Property was better than described and the complex was in a great location. Walking down to the beach area was about 10 mins but the pool was so good we often stayed there.

We were met by a friendly Suzanne and a gentleman who carried our cases up the stairs. The apartment was very nice and clean. Comfy beds, spacious bedrooms, well equipped. Bathroom had nice shower and a washing machine. Both balconies got the sun which was lovely and we made use of the sun beds and beach towels. The lounge was comfy with a smart tv. The kitchen was a bit small but well equipped although I think a chopping board would be useful for cutting up salads etc. We had a very enjoyable stay

This Villa was perfect in every way. Originally booked for 8 people for a golf trip, unfortunately 2 dropped out nearer the time. This left the remaining 6 with their own rooms, which was great!! 😊 The Villa would be perfect for 2-3 families with children as the property is 100% secure and has enough amenities to keep everyone happy, that you wouldn’t need to leave to keep the kids entertained. We will be looking to go back in the future, without a doubt. A car(s) is essential as the property is located high up in the resort. We hired a 9 seater from Autoreisen for €230 for the week, which was great as we had golf clubs as well as luggage. Thank you to the owners and Tenerife Villas for allowing us to use this Villa.

The location is ideal and the villa really beautiful. The welcome of Manu and his wife is really exceptional: a lot of kindness and the service is perfect. The breakfasts on the terrace with the sea view are a real moment of greedy and visual pleasure. We will come back to see them!

Fantastic stay in a first-class property. The gym was the most popular room as well as the outdoor facility. Neighborhood is quiet and comfy with all needed and about 15-20 minutes walk to a big mall and a Mercadona supermarket. Shoutout to the meatstore in the mall! Fantastic stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. It is really well equipped with large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine etc and plenty of space – perfect for us as a family of 5. The location is great and it’s walking distance from some great choices of places to eat and drink – literally the only downside is that short but very steep hill! We did taxis a few times when we didn’t fancy the walk back up. The best thing about this apartment is the amazing private outside space which has modern, comfortable furniture. Would definitely recommend

Our stay in sunshine villa was fantastic and it had everything we needed for our family of 5. the villa was clean and i have no complaints at all with it being in a nice quiet area.We hope to book this same villa again next year. i would like to that Tenerife villas for helping us get this villa after booking.com let us down 2 weeks before our stay. Villa Paz is situated in a very quiet area. Close to shops, bars and restaurants with a good choice of cuisine. The villa itself is nice with all what we needed it for. The pool area is lovely and the view amazing. The managers of the Villa were really helpful and sorted out an issue with the pool pumps air locked in a couple of hours. Loved our stay.

This apartment has everything you need for a self catering holiday…Lots of utensils to be able to cook whatever you want on the hob. A microwave is also there as well as a toaster ..Fully equipped bathroom & a large bedroom with ample space for all your things…Area is very clean, neat & tidy. It is also a family area so lots of peace & quiet in the evening..Sun on the balcony all day so enjoy the views.. TV has loads of both foreign & English speaking channels …wDisney Disney for the kids…

We stayed 1st week December 24 with our grandchildren age 9, 4 and 3. The Villa had everything a family needed. The Pool was amazing for the children. Steps into the pool were brilliant for little ones. Sunbeds and pool towels fantastic. We would highly recommend all local restaurants for evening meals. Definitely will be booking again.

We visit Callao every year and always use Tenerife villas on line. Villa Bonita has been the favourite one yet. Lovely villa, close to all amenities and we have already booked again. The booking process is easy, good communication and we always find what we want. We wouldn’t use anyone for Tenerife, our happy place.

Apartment 551 is a nice & clean apartment, good view from the balcony & bed is comfortable. Problem initially with WiFi, but soon sorted by Siobhan. New curtains are being fitted this week. We’ve booked again for next year.

As a family we have been to Costa Adeje for the last 3 years in November/December as the weather has been so good and always stayed in hotels but not anymore after finding Villa Victoria, As there was 8 of us this year we decided to look for villa and was lucky enough to find this gem, the pictures doesn’t do it justice its so much better, the space inside and out are amazing as was the views. Every detail for a great stay have been thought of, having children the pool table and table tennis table and also the amazing pool which was never empty. Thank you! Barbara who gave us lots of information and recomendations for restaurants and was always available throughout our stay cannot wait to go back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect: close to restaurants, shops and the beach. The Apartament is quiet and it was clean on our arrival. The Apartament is well equipped, beds are comfortable and you get a beautiful view from the balcony. We stayed with a 3 year old and we didn’t have any problem. We walked to the beach every day as our wee one preffered beach rather than swimming pool. It is a private room I holiay complex. You get to use restaurant if you want. We paid €20 for 3 of us and you eat all you want.

Amazing spacious apartment with comfy beds and everything you need. The communal pool was great and lots of sun loungers. The apartment is in a great location, we hired electric scooters but everything you need is in walking distance. Weather was hot… we will definitely book this apartment again!
